A gentle yoga practice to wake up and strengthen the core of your body! Gentle because we will minimize the amount of pressure we put on wrists, shoulders and knees. Standing, seated and supine (lying) yoga poses, all with a focus on creating awareness in that oh so important part of your body! You’ll feel stronger and more balanced when you finish this all levels class!
