Discover the perfect blend of deep relaxation and gentle rejuvenation in this unique class that combines Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) with Restorative Yoga (passive, supported postures).
We’ll begin with a series of restorative poses, using props to fully support the body, allowing you to release tension and ease into a state of profound relaxation. These poses are designed to gently open and stretch the body without effort, promoting a sense of calm and well-being.
The practice concludes with Yoga Nidra, a deeply meditative experience where you are guided into a state of conscious relaxation. Often called “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra helps reduce stress, improve focus, and support overall mental and emotional balance.
This class is suitable for all levels and is especially beneficial for those seeking stress relief, improved sleep, or a gentle way to unwind. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required—just bring a willingness to relax and restore.
Props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks will be provided, but feel free to bring anything that makes you more comfortable. Leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply restored.
