Yin, Vinyasa, and wine - why not combine them all?! YinYasa is Kaycie's fusion of the heat and strength building in Vinyasa with the cool, deep release and opening in Yin. This special class will be themed around heart openers - the objective is to open and strengthen the body in very specific areas necessary to reach a "peak" posture. In this class, the build up pose is full wheel, but other variations are avaialble if that doesn't serve your body. This is an all levels class and designed to help feel our fullest expressions with mindful focus on breath, alignment, body awareness, and the patience in the process. (props and modifications will be available)

What's even better? After yoga, we will open some wine, enjoy some snacks, and get to know one another with hearts wide open! We hope you join us for this fun Friday evening!
