Pop-Up Meditation

Whether you're brand new to meditation or have been practicing for a while, this meditation class is open to all! Each class will be a different experience and all you have to do is show up and do your best! Stilling the mind can be extremely intimidating, but rest assured, doing your best to let go is always enough. Kaycie will give guidance to help you calm and relax the mind while setting a general tone & theme for the class followed by silence so that you can have your own personal experience. If you have thoughts, it's natural... meet yourself where you are. If you've avoided this part of your practice, we highly recommend you step out of your comfort zone and join us - transformation starts here.

Extra bonus: Come to Vinyasa at 5:30pm and STAY for the meditation. Enjoy the movement and stillness that yoga provides!
