With the chaos of every day life, and especially this season, we all crave STILLness. Join Shauna in this 6 week course as she guides you in creating a new, more peaceful you! You'll learn about the good and bad of stress, tools on how to work through it, and how to bring a regular meditation practice into your life. No prior meditation practice is needed - open to anyone and everyone!
