Tea Meditation Event

This event will focus on the grounding nature of tea and meditation and the powerful experience they create together. Kaycie will be guiding you through a meditation with pauses throughout to reflect and enjoy tea together. She will be practicing a tea ceremony inspired by the Chinese tradition of Gong Fu Cha. You don't need to know anything about tea or meditation to be a part of this event - it is open to all and will break down the process while also leaving room for the mind to create its own experience.

This is an intimate practice and is best enjoyed with a smaller group. We have opened/limited this event to 14 people. We will be sipping on an earthing pu'erh tea (2 pours are included) and allowing the resonation to awaken the mind and spirit through meditation.

All tea, cups and props needed for sitting will be provided for you (with the exception being if you need an actual chair - please bring it with you). This practice will be done on the floor. Wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind. This may not be your typical way of drinking tea - it will be poured with intention and a deep sense of mindfulness. Slow down, enjoy.

We are proud to be serving WAO (We Are One) tea - an ethically sustainable tea company that comes directly from China/Japan - where the tea plant grows naturally. It is not overproduced, but created to be enjoyed and shared intimately. The tea poured for you at this event will also be available for you to purchase after our session together. We are proud to be partnering with such an intentional tea company.
