Vinyasa - To move in a special/specific way.
This practice is all about expression & creation - open to all levels. Link your breath with movements that will take you through strength, flexibility, balance and full release - all within 75 minutes. This practice will get the heart rate up but is open to all levels looking to move and let go. Yoga beginners and experienced practitioners alike - come express yourself!
