Pop Up Guided Meditation Class with Kaycie Hall

Join us for a 30 minute guided meditation class led by Kaycie Hall. Kaycie is extremely passionate about meditation and all the ways it can positively change our lives. Whether you’re new to meditation or not, this class will be accessible to everyone. You do not need to know how to calm or relax your mind - she will guide you through the necessary steps to become more present, aware and to observe what happens within the body, mind and spirit.

We have props available for you to use - please arrive on time and we will help you to get as cozy and comfortable as possible. No mat required.

Bonus: She is also teaching a Hatha class prior from 5:30-6:45pm - come for one or stay to enjoy the benefits of both!
