This Chair Class is a gentle form of yoga done sitting in a chair and standing on the ground while having the option to use the chair for support. Perfect for the senior, person recovering from surgery or injury or if you want to practice yoga while at work.
All you need is a chair and/or a rubber ball if you have one. Light weights optional.
