This guided meditation will lead you through the 3 spaces in your physical body that house your mind, body, and emotional centers. Through loving awareness we create space to allow old, outdated ways of living to fall away and with healing acceptance we are ushered into new states of being.
This class will be spent laying down in a comfortable resting position. Please wear comfortable warm clothing as the body temperature tends to drop during the practice.
