Women, you are warmly invited to this fall season retreat gathering. Let this be your invitation to pause before the holidays … your time to connect with yourself, to go inward, reflect, and hear the messages your inner guidance has for you. Let this also be a time to connect with the flow of your creative energy for the pure joy and renewal that it can bring to your life.
Be together with other women in a safe, uplifting space to honor our needs for quietude and rest, as well as creativity and celebration of our feminine energy.
Feminine energy in nature is represented as the cyclic rhythm of the seasons, of the moon, and of the menstrual cycle. We will focus on the qualities of the fall season, the qualities of the waning moon phase, and the qualities of the pre-menstrual or luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. Each has unique gifts to embrace and there is also a striking correlation between each of them that nature-based traditions have recognized over time.
Some activities during the retreat will include:
-Ceremonial circle time to remember the feminine traits of collaboration and community
-Personal retreat time for journaling, reflection, or meditation
-Guided time for rest and restorative yoga
-A free form creative collage project to honor the fall season, the waning moon, the luteal phase, or whatever wants to be expressed through you
-Free form dance time with a fall season, divine feminine playlist.
If you are seeking a space to slow down, be present and reflective, open to the flow of your creativity, and be together with other women in a loving, compassionate, and collaborative space that unites us in celebrating feminine qualities and rhythms, then this fall time mini retreat is for you!
Whatever age and stage of life you are in, please come just as you are and receive the blessings of the gathering.
