Let's dedicate a few hours on the Sunday evening after Thanksgiving to give thanks to our bodies. They do so much.
This 2 hour retreat combines the healing benefits of Body Sensing in movement (Somatic Movement Lessons), Body Sensing in stillness (Yoga Nidra), and Reiki.
Through body sensing, we gain more awareness of ourselves, connect with our truest nature, and begin to move in our internal and external worlds in coherent, healthy, and powerful ways. We learn to live without copying a model, but from a deep awareness of who we truly are.
Wear clothing you can comfortably move and rest in (no zippers or buttons).
The body tends to cool down during Yoga Nidra, you may want socks and warm layers.
