Please join us for an evening of deeply soothing therapeutic music featuring Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and a variety of other instruments used for ceremonial practice.

5-5:15:Arrive and get cozy.

5:20-5:30: Welcoming from your host Jake.

5:30-6:45ish: Sound Bath

6:45 or so…chill☺️

*Doors will be locked at 5:15 pm to ensure no interruptions take place.

We kindly encourage you to please bring your own yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye coverings for maximum comfort.

Also, feel free to bring any crystals, or other items that you choose to build your own personal energy grid or altar if that’s your kind of thing.
