Elevate and Meditate: March Meditation Challenge


For the month of March, we challenge you to meditate for as many days as you can with us!

Whether you’re new, already meditate regularly or are just looking for an opportunity to build consistency - join in and share your practice.

All you have to do is post a story on Instagram of you meditating or something referencing your meditation practice each day (or as often as you can). Please feel free to get creative. Be sure to follow @elevatecommunityyoga on Instagram and tag us in your stories for each post with the hashtag #elevateandmeditate (we can only repost if your account isn’t private). Whether it’s for 5 minutes or an hour, make this meditation journey your own. Sit still, focus on your breath, use guided meditations or any approach that works for you. This is all about building a consistent meditation practice and connecting within our community. Just keep showing up…for YOU!

Whomever posts the most meditation stories consistently throughout the month of March (with tags and hashtag used), wins! If there’s a tie, we will randomly select a winner from all tied participants.

The winner receives a basket of wellness/meditation goodies! The winner will be selected the first week of April after the challenge is completed. Side note, the real prize is the meditation practice itself.

Challenge goes from March 1st-31st

You can do all 31 days or just do what you can! Remember, consistency is key. Have fun and ENJOY the process.
