According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, late summer is directly associated with the Earth element and is viewed as the time of year to recenter and balance one self. So with this in mind, our dear friend Chaz is back from Vancouver WA, to help us do just that. The evening will feature Chaz performing on a variety of instruments including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, handmade indigenous  flutes, and exotic handpan drums just to name a few. We will also take part in some breath work to aid us in our emotional clearing.
