As women in modern life, we often put our needs on the back burner in order to take care of others and/or simply “get all the things done”! This self care circle is meant to address some of the most common needs that women find hard to get met such as the need for:
Uplifting & supportive connection with other women.
Space for personal reflection.
Space for body presence.
Space to imagine, envision, and create.
Space for rest and rejuvenation.

About Your Host: Abbie Silvers, Yoga Health Coach, Ayurvedic Wellness Guide, Women’s Circle Facilitator
Abbie leads dynamic groups for women and offers 1:1 holistic health coaching. Her mission is to empower women to become their own best healing guides through deeply nurturing themselves, connecting with one another for community support, and re-establishing a lifestyle in sync with nature.

To share the wisdom of Ayurveda(India’s traditional system of health and yoga’s sister science) and its practical application for holistic wellness.
