Yoga Basics I and II

Have you always wanted to try Yoga but been a bit intimidated by the Instagram Yogi’s out there.  Are you worried you are not flexible enough?  Or not sure you will understand the names of the poses?  Are you a seasoned Yogi looking to deepen your practice by focusing back on the basics?

If you answered yes to any of the above join us for this 2 hour workshop with guidance on common yoga poses (asanas).  Transform your wellness journey with a strong foundation in yoga basics. Your mind and body will thank you.

What You'll Experience:

  • Expert guidance through essential yoga poses and proper alignment

  • An interactive session with time for questions, practice and personalized attention in a supportive, judgment-free environment

Details:  Yoga Basics 1 will be held Jan 18th from 12:00 to 2:00pm.  Yoga Basics II will be Feb 1st from 12-2.  These workshops will cover different poses, so you are invited to attend both.  Yoga Basics I is not required for Yoga Basics II.
