This is not JUST for beginners - It is broken up into 4 separate workshops and can be purchased as a whole (recommended for beginners) or separately (for those looking to fine tune their practice or can only make select classes). If all 4 sessions are purchased as a whole, you'll receive 2 free consecutive weeks of yoga classes at our studio (can be started during series or after completion - just let us know when you'd like to begin).
Whether you're just starting out on your yoga journey or just want to make sure you're doing it "right" with correct alignment and body awareness, this workshop series covers all the bases. Yoga is for everyBODY - learn to love and move in the body you're in - we will help guide the way. You don't have to know a thing about yoga - if you're unsure about what style may be best for you, we recommend the first session as it will break down the different styles practiced at our studio. The other sessions will work through different movement-based postures and transtions and how to tailor them to meet your needs. Most of our classes on the scheudle do incorporate a decent amount of movement, so if you know that you are wanting something more calm, still or relaxing, then you are welcome to just jump into any of our regular yin or pop up restorative classes on our studio schedule - this workshop is more geared towards those wanting to learn where to start with a movement-based practice. You don't need to be skilled, strong or flexible to start this workshop series - that's what we're here for!
