Handstand Workshop with Kaycie Hall

Are you ready to either begin or dive deeper into your handstand practice? This workshop is designed to cover how to properly warm up and prep the body, alignment breakdowns, handstand variations, exercises that work on building up towards handstands and cool downs. Workshops allow time to explore the handstand practice more thoroughly with detail rather than a typical "flow" class. Expect in depth instruction, practice and plenty of time for question and trouble-shooting.

This workshop can be done by itself BUT we will be starting a free 30 day online handstand challenge starting April 1st (through Facebook or Instagram - details will be posted separately) and this workshop will help with technique, modifications and prep work to make the challenge as accessible as possible. You do not have to do this workshop to do the challenge, but may be helpful to many who want to practice more safely and effectively. It is always easier to learn proper technique from the beginning rather than to RE-learn and retrain muscle memory later on.
