Experience deep healing and tension release in this 75-minute Somatic Release Yoga class. Combining gentle, intuitive movement with breathwork and mindfulness, this class is designed to help you access stored emotions, unwind muscular tension, and restore nervous system balance.

Through slow, fluid sequences, guided self-inquiry, and grounding postures, you’ll cultivate a heightened awareness of your body’s natural wisdom. We’ll integrate somatic practices, including micro-movements, shaking, and supported stillness, to facilitate a profound sense of release and relaxation.
