Join us for a transformative six-week series combining gentle, all-level yoga with an engaging book discussion on The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk. Each session will begin with mindful movement to help deepen the mind-body connection, followed by a thoughtful conversation exploring trauma, healing, and resilience. No prior yoga or book club experience is necessary—just bring your book, your mat, and an open heart!

$20 per session
